Gary and Gemma are a married couple working as a professional Real Estate Team. They have lived and worked in King Township and York Region for more than 30 years.
They have seen it grow and change and know it both from personal and professional experience. The Barclays specialize in the sales and marketing of houses, farms and land in King Township and surrounding areas.
Prior to becoming Realtors, Gary and Gemma were builders of estate homes. They designed, built and marketed many homes and bring to the Real Estate transaction an indepth understanding of homes from the ground up. This unique perspective combined with their extensive marketing experience help the Barclays to ensure their clients achieve their goals quickly, easily and without stress.

Consistently outstanding in their field, Gemma and Gary have received numerous awards in recognition of their exemplary performance on behalf of clients. The Barclays have received the President Award, 100% Award, Platinum Awards, Chairmans Award, Lifetime Achievement Award and Remax Hall of Fame.
Professional Designation
The Barclays believe that one of the keys to success, both for themselves and their clients is a continually updated education. They take many classes and seminars to increase their effectiveness and Gemma has earned the prestigious professional designation RRS (Registered Relocation Specialist).
Gemma and Gary contribute a portion of their sales commission from every property they sell to the Children’s Miracle Network and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
